Mr. Stewart's Ringling (Gift)

Oil on Canvas, 22 x 28 inches. My biggest painting so far. It is for my AP Art History teacher, who is actually in the painting himself (which I kept the other figures with less detail in order to emphasize him, who is more clear and distinct) This is a scene from the Ringling Museum in Sarasota Florida, the sculpture garden. I took a bunch of pictures when we went on a class trip there April 20th and have I've worked on it since then. It was extremely challenging because of the awkward and difficult perspective of the courtyard, but that's what I wanted so I kept at it. Challenges can only do good for me. So hopefully I did well and I hope he enjoys the painting. And the picture is just a tad blurry, I may try and get a better picture later.
