Sky/Sun: The fiery-like texture of the blazing sun is brilliant. The blend of warm colours with the hint of cool background is very nice, and the hints of red add more texture. The layering of the oil paints was very effective.
Water: The sun's reflection on the water was captured perfectly. It spreads nicely, brighter in the middle and dulling as it goes.
Certainly an eye catcher, and very beautiful! I thought this deserved a critique, and I'm pleased to have written one for ya. This is inspiring, and makes me want to have another go at one I tried to paint a few years ago!
